Upcycling Workshop for Women
Another workshop was successfully completed as part of the “Women for the Green Transition” project.
In the workshop “Turning Old Clothes into Useful Bags,” women of all ages took part in a creative and friendly environment, making their own bags by reusing old fabrics.
Participants had the chance to learn new skills, express their creativity, and complete their own handmade bag. They left the workshop feeling happy and proud of what they created.
We would like to warmly thank Eirini Panagi for her excellent guidance and valuable contribution to the success of the workshop, as well as the ENA Foundation for its continuous support and trust.
Initiatives like this promote sustainable development and help build a more responsible environmental culture.
The workshop is part of the “Women for the Green Transition” project, implemented through the Grants for Change 2025 programme by the Laona Foundation and the Women’s Association of Rural Larnaka. Grants for Change 2025 is an initiative of the ENA Foundation, aiming to empower local communities by supporting sustainable and socially innovative actions.
